How can we make ARIS Process Mining better?

Provide run log notifications outside of APM by e-mail or trigger

When (automation) tasks in the data set are running, messages (warnings/errors) are shown in the Web UI only. So, responsible person are not informed about these problems until the next login.

I suggest to implement a mechanism to send notifications by e-mail to the data set creator at least. In addition there could be a webhook to trigger notifications in external tools like ticket systems.

    Hi Martin,

    I discussed this with Steffen Exeler. We didn't see the value/use case for using APG or ARCM. This is a topic for the APM Admin, who manages the system or data set.

    The same mechanism should be provided for warnings on the case consumption limits.
